Estrace Vaginal Cream For Sale

No Pass Out Checks | Gate 21

Estrace Vaginal Cream For Sale, Apparently, University of Tennessee students are getting a bit restless these days when it comes to the BasketVols—so restless, in fact, that they’ve decided en masse not to come to the games at all, and have chosen to stay home and take naps (or something along those lines).

According to Basilio only 312 students showed up for the Vols’ game against the Vanderbilt Commodores at the Tommy Bowl (a/k/a Thompson-Boling Arena).  Tennessee currently has nearly 30,000 students, so that adds up to around 1% of the total students bothered to come to the game.  Now admittedly, that game was played on Valentines Day, and maybe “love” was in the air, but only 312 students?  I know from my time on the Hill, there are usually plenty of undergraduates who don’t have dates at any given time (or ever, in the case of some folks).  Unlike football, students don’t have to get a ticket, and need only provide a valid student ID to get into the games, so the cost and annoyance argument is out the door.  Given the fact that students came in throngs last year, it appears that the students have simply gotten fickle and expect a little more from the program than what they are currently receiving.

So why have the students seemingly given up on this team?

I was a student at the University of Tennessee from 1994-1998.  When I arrived on campus as a freshman, the Vols were coming off their worst season in the history of the school.  The 1993-94 Vols won a grand total of 5 games under, then, coach Wade Houston who apparently did not even understand the rules of basketball.  Thus, my expectations were low when the 1994-95 season rolled around, despite the fact that Tennessee had a new head coach, Kevin O’Neill.  Still, I can say with conviction that I attended every home game that season and watched the Vols claw their way to an 11-16 record.

Great basketball, it was not.  Still, I went nonetheless.

Now I am not going to call into question the loyalties of the student body as a whole—we each make our own choices and decide what is important to us personally.  I suppose, given the lengths to which I have gone as a fan of the Big Orange (including running the Gate), I am one of those fans that you can count on to show up anytime the real Gate 21 (into Neyland Stadium) or the doors of the Tommy Bowl are open.  I suppose I am one of those nut-jobs who blindly supports the Vols regardless of the circumstances (this is not entirely true but, for the purposes of this article, it fits).  I guess that is why I always attended the games when I was a student.

Either way, only 312 students at the game is pretty slim pickings, and I am pretty sure — at a minimum — that out of the tens of thousands of students at UT, there are more than 312 students who, like me, are certifiable head-cases when it comes to supporting the Vols.

Still, over the last few games, attendance has been down.  Here are the attendance figures for all spectators thus far for the season:

Now whether this drop off is due only to students staying home is a question I simply cannot answer.  That said, buy cheap Estrace Vaginal Cream, Estrace Vaginal Cream street price, it seems that the fans—regardless of their stripes—who were attending the games early in the season are not coming out to the Tommy Bowl like they were before.  In particular, about 1, where can i order Estrace Vaginal Cream without prescription, Comprar en línea Estrace Vaginal Cream, comprar Estrace Vaginal Cream baratos, 000 of them.

If (and this is a big “if”) this group is comprised of only students, then they better be careful.  We all remember the furor that arose over Smiling Mike Hamilton’s decision to charge students for football tickets this past fall.  Currently, after Estrace Vaginal Cream, Estrace Vaginal Cream price, coupon, students are not required to pony up any cash to gain admittance to basketball games, and I doubt that would change anytime in the near future.  What can happen—and likely will happen if students persist in not attending the basketball games—is that the Athletic Department will use that failure on the part of the students to show and be counted, Estrace Vaginal Cream interactions, Estrace Vaginal Cream photos, as an indication that the students need fewer seats allotted (and the current allotment is substantial, if not always prime) .  This frees up more seats for paying spectators, Estrace Vaginal Cream images, Order Estrace Vaginal Cream from United States pharmacy, and means more money for the athletic programs.  If given the choice between empty seats and filled seats with money in the UTAD coffers, it’s not hard to figure out the choice that will be made.  In short, Estrace Vaginal Cream for sale, Online buying Estrace Vaginal Cream hcl, if you don’t attend when the Vols are off a bit (I say “off a bit” because Tennessee’s season has hardly been bad, even if it has been disappointing), Estrace Vaginal Cream no rx, Estrace Vaginal Cream used for, then don’t come crying when they are burning it up and there are no seats available.

On the other hand, if a substantial amount of the attendance fall off comes from a drop in ticket sales (e.g, purchase Estrace Vaginal Cream online no prescription. Buy Estrace Vaginal Cream without a prescription, normal paying fans), then there may be a larger issue at stake for the Athletic Department.  Declining ticket sales = less money.  As I have been discussing in my series on the Cost of Sports, cheap Estrace Vaginal Cream, Estrace Vaginal Cream steet value, many sports programs are beginning to feel the pinch of the abysmal economy swirling around us lately.  It is possible that the Vols’ average play of late, paired with a reduction in earning potential, where can i find Estrace Vaginal Cream online, Estrace Vaginal Cream online cod, is beginning to hit Tennessee Athletics.  If so, then that should correct once the economy stabilizes (if it ever actually does).  If not, buy Estrace Vaginal Cream from mexico, Buy cheap Estrace Vaginal Cream no rx, then now might be a good time for the Athletic Department to reach out and remind everyone that there is still a lot to play for … which there is.

Either way, I hope that everyone will come out to support the BasketVols when they take on the Mississippi State Bulldogs at the Tommy Bowl tomorrow night at 9:00.  This is a very important game in terms of Tennessee’s conference hopes and, no prescription Estrace Vaginal Cream online, Estrace Vaginal Cream blogs, besides, what else is there that is more exciting than a Tennessee Basketball game in Knoxville on a Wednesday night in February.  In case you were wondering, yes, tickets are available.

Trust me, were I in Knoxville, I’d be there.  Since I am not, barring incident and time permitting, I will be joining in the Live Game Thread over at Rocky Top Talk, where everyone is always welcome to join in and either celebrate or commiserate throughout the game.

In the meantime…

Go Vols, Beat the Bulldogs !

As Basilio would say … interesting.

On Feb. 14th, the weather was middling – high near 50 with light rain and clouds – but not prohibitive. Looking at the last 4 games in your table, the two lowballers are the LSU and Georgia games.

LSU: High around 60, but a lot of rain that day. It was also a Wednesday, FWIW.

Georgia: High of about 70. o.O Light rain but otherwise sunny on a beautiful Wednesday.

I don’t know if that explains anything, but there it is.

  • lawvolNo Gravatar says:

You know, I was wondering about that.

I imagine that — as a general rule — really bad weather or really good weather does have an impact on attendance. How much of an impact, is beyond me.

Of course, I can almost not fault anyone for skipping the Georgia game, after all they are just atrocious … unless you’re Florida that is.

  • Home Sweet HomeNo Gravatar says:

I ranted about the football apathy at the UAB game (I’m assuming that did get read…). outside of the Florida game, the student attendance has been absolutely pitiful since the Gonzaga-Kentucky-Memphis trio of losses at TBA. the LSU game was particularly bad, because that at the time was a pretty significant game.

and yes, I was one of the 312. and yes, I have been to every home game this year except UT-Martin (class obligations) and the games over the break. I did also go see the Vols beat Marquette. if we collapse our way into the NIT, I’ll be at the likely home game(s) we’d get…

and yes, I should be in bed by now…

  • lawvolNo Gravatar says:

Oh, it’s never too late to refuse to go to bed…

What’s really interesting is that the high point for attendance this season was Gonzaga, followed by Memphis, followed by the triple threat of Chattanooga, Belmont and Louisiana-Don’t-Call-Us-Lafayette. No Kentucky, no Florida…and the least attended game of the year was LSU?!

If people were willing to come out to watch us play the Belmonts of the world but don’t show up for what are supposed to be the biggest games of the year, it’s all based on our success and failure. If we’re ranked, people are coming out to watch us regardless. When we’re 16-10, they’re staying home.

Not sure what the ratio there is between students and paying customers either in who’s staying home, but my money would also be on the students, because they weren’t around before Bruce Pearl and thus they don’t have the same level of appreciation. I was a student from 99-03, and the students led the way in turning on Jerry Green then.

Over this past academic year, I have been growing ever more disgusted with our student body and their attendance (or complete lack thereof) at sporting events. It has been, quite simply, pathetic. I know you were trying to couch your criticism in somewhat civil terms, but I see no reason to do so. First of all, their little hissy fit over being charged for football tickets was laughable, at best. They were charged $40 for a year of season tickets. They almost assuredly spend more than that during a night on Cumberland Avenue. That is half of what my brother at Auburn paid for his season tickets. The whole thing was childish and whiny and stupid. There were some pretty horrible games this year, but the thing that pissed me off the most about the entire football season, by far, was looking out over the student section during the Florida and Alabama games and seeing empty seats. It is not your freaking birthright to have free football tickets as a student. The fact that it took this long for them to start charging is, frankly, a little ridiculous in its own right.

And then came basketball season, and my anger continued to rise. The tickets here are free. By far the most ridiculous game, thus far, was the Georgia game. I swear there were like 70 students at that game, tops. I’m not even sure there was a full two rows of them. It was a Wednesday night. Nothing is happening on Wednesday night. Nothing. The LSU game was also pathetic, because it was a big game. And as far as the Vanderbilt game goes, people are going out at 3 pm on Valentine’s Day? I think not. The sad point of fact is that unless the game is on national TV and the students think there’s a shot they could wind up on ESPN, they just don’t come at all anymore.

This Mississippi State game might be the biggest home game of the Bruce Pearl era thus far. There will be no students there. They can’t be bothered to go cheer for a team that needs it. Don’t you know? Tennessee students can only be bothered to cheer for their team if they know there is little chance of disappointment. If they know we’re a powerhouse team, then they’ll come cheer with glee as we rip apart some lowly opponent by 30 points. But if there’s a chance if disappointment, they’ll just stay home and do nothing. Frankly, at this point I don’t think it would subtract much from the atmosphere at UT sporting events if they just did away with student sections entirely and forced them to pay their way in like everyone else. They’re not going to do this, nor should they…but it wouldn’t hurt the atmosphere any. Our students are the biggest pack of bandwagon-hopping douchebags in history, and if you can’t tell, it’s really starting to piss me off.

  • UTVols100No Gravatar says:

Can blame the students and heres why:

Saturday at 2 pm is like 9 am for us adults.
Team is stuggling as well as their opponent.
And lastley, Kiffin has football on everybodys mind.

  • jimvolsNo Gravatar says:

Compared to other schools UT students are pathetic. I say that as a student myself. It really is amazing, it is like they feel entitled and if the Vols aren’t winning they won’t go. I don’t know, maybe that doesn’t make any sense, maybe the student are just apathetic or lazy and would rather just watch it on TV. The worst are the “sisters” who come to football games, snap a few pictures then leave at half-time. Couple weeks ago Notre Dame’s basketball team was in the midst of a 7 game skid their record was like 9-10 after a really good start. Anyway students still filled up their section and were very loud. 312! Are you kidding me? Hopefully the new blood in our football program will inspire more students to buy tickets…

I’ve got to solidly agree with Will. I’ve told a few stories on RTT about my Orange Nation experiences, and the Tennessee student fanbase is …well, pretty fickle. The principle differences between football and basketball turnout are:
    - Tennessee’s still a football campus
    - there are way more basketball games than football ones. If I want to see a Tennessee victory, I’m going to go to a game against some team that I didn’t even know exists. It’s pretty terrible, from my perspective. I think a lot of people assumed that because of the highs the BasketVols hit last year, it’s now the new level of expected performance. They’re not at that level, ergo this team is terrible and not worth the students’ time (in their eyes).

  • Home Sweet HomeNo Gravatar says:

it was weak tonight as well. decent crowd on the whole though, but our students are fickle. even amongst some of my friends you can tell they just don’t really care anymore.

I’ve disliked the student body’s spirit for awhile now. how can you be a “fan” if you’re not with your team during down times? I guess I gotta remember most of these jokers didn’t give a you-know-what about UT hoops pre-Bruce Pearl. I wasn’t around for the Wade/O’Neill days but I’ve been a fan during some bad losses. good win tonight as well, Scotty’s getting better…

ps – I should change my name from HSH to “Night Owl”…

  • hooperNo Gravatar says:

    Blame it on BON!

After all, they’re the ones paying extra bucks for the privilege of being the front-runners in cheering, right? The rest of us cheapos are second-rate student fans. So if the cheering is lagging…
