Well, here goes nothing…

As the title of this post indicates, this is a test post. If it goes up correctly, it will be the culmination of more wasted hours of trying alternatives than I care to recount. My goal with this new type of post is to be able to post new articles from anywhere I may happen to be. Why you might ask? My hope is that by integrating this new Mobile Blogging (a/k/a "MoBlog") posting platform I will be able to post my mindless thoughts from inside Neyland Stadium during games.

That’s right, rather than actually watching the games I’m going to be wasting my time typing on my "smartphone."

Anyway, as the header of this post makes clear (that is if it actually appeared the way it was supposed to) these posts will be published via my smartphone, which is actually the one pictured above. Thus, the actual formatting of these posts will be much more "stream of consciousness" than my typical posts and they will necessarily have typos, spelling errors, and so forth to a much greater degree than my usual posts (this is something I’m having to learn to live with since I am such a compulsive nitpicker). Be that as it may, I figured I’d give it a try.

Needless to say, there are a lot of things to go wrong with this grand idea of mine, but this test is a step toward being able to do that.

Bearing that in mind, let me know if anything looks odd, or if you think this is just a rotten idea.
