I’m loving that coffee grinder idea … plus you’d probably get at least a little bit of a caffeine buzz off of the latent build-up in the grinder.

There’s a way you could reduce the level of strenuous activity required to make that Magna-Rita…

+ Find the most pretentious, obnoxious coffee snob you know and steal -ahem- borrow his coffee grinder.

+ Place the Skittles of Interest into the coffee grinder and save yourself the effort of jumping a lot.

You may first think that this’ll get coffee grounds into the mix, but thing again: remember that the most snobbish wannabe-Starbucks-barristas (barristae?!?) always keep their grinder spot-clean so they don’t accidentally contaminate that Blue Mountain with some paltry Sumatran Bold.

If you can get the grinder back in place without being noticed, you get the double bonus of watching when he discovers the HFCS (high fructose corn syrup) contamination merrily corroding the grinding blades…

But on a serious note, great thoughts on the contract. I think you’re right that there’s a lot more to the real “contract” than what is written on the paper.

Ghost, you could be right. If he buckles down, works with Crompton, and gets the right mental game, Gerald Jones could be something special.

As for the Magna-ritas, I neglected to mention that if you want a “fire-bomb Magna-rita” you substitute either Everclear or Gasoline for the Malt Liquor.

And to think, I once understudied with an Executive Chef…
